Pakistan Pavilion Expo 2020 – Events lined up for visitors

A variety of events will be held in the pavilion beginning with the Expo to showcase tourism and other economic sectors.

Balochistan will be the focus of the pavilion’s first month. As part of its investment seminar on electric vehicle policy, the Federal Board of Investment of Pakistan will hold a session with Pakistan’s Minister for Climate Change, Malik Amin, on October 5.

Construction of Pavilion and Contract

According to Pakistan General Counsel in Dubai, Ahmed Amjad Ali, the construction of Pakistan Pavilion Expo 2020 – 2021 Dubai has started. Although, the contract signed in October, 2018 which ensured Pakistan participation in one of the largest event in Arab World.

Pakistan (officially the Islamic Republic of Pakistan), is a country located in South Asia with a population of approximately 2,078 million. It is the 33rd largest country I terms of area.

Pakistan has different and emphasizing local cultures and traditions which carries Islamic values in personal and political both lives.

Pakistan Signs Participation Contract:

Pakistan officially signed to take part in Dubai Expo 2020. The contract was signed by H.E Moazzam Ahmad Khan. The contract signing, officially begun activities for construction of Pakistan Pavilion which would be construct on a broad plot in the opportunity district in Expo 2020.

According to the latest news the process of construction has begun on Pakistan pavilion Expo 2020 (reported by Ahmad Amjad Ali, Pakistan’s Consul-General in Dubai)

It is decided to build the Pakistan pavilion in the opportunity district over 3,449 square meters of land and the estimated cost of the project is $21 million which will be almost Dh77 million.

As hundreds of pavilions will attribute collective exhibits, live performances, unforgettable meetings spaces and many more in Dubai Expo 2020, Pakistan will also contribute in many exciting programs and performances by famous stars and actors in Pakistan pavilion.

Concept & Special Section:

The Pakistani government is organizing to use this Pakistan pavilion to retail the sale of unutilized government buildings.

These unused state-owned properties will be retailed at the Dubai Expo 2020 to entire foreign and Pakistan stockholders to buy these assets and the funds collected by the sale of these reckless and neglectful buildings will be spent by the government on public well-being programs such as schools, hospitals etc.

It is roughly calculated that this event of Dubai Expo 2020 will allure 25 million visits, with all over 70 percent from overseas.

The commercial secretary Kamran Khan said at the Pakistan embassy ‘A special section for ladies and tech enterpriser and well known Pakistanis who have succeeded in different divisions of social and educational life, will also be displayed at the pavilion’

Expo 2020 Pakistan Pavilion Theme & Design

The presumed theme of Pakistan pavilion is ‘Emerging Pakistan’ which may represent the most advanced attainments made by Pakistan in logistics, education, human resource evolution, financial addition and livability.

CPEC being one of the biggest correspondence initiatives in the region will be call attention especially in terms of employment production, energy formation and great opportunities for investment.

The space of pavilion shall be booked in general area and not in the areas of specific sub-themes so that an over laying theme of ‘Emerging Pakistan’ could be described well.

Pakistan pavilion’s building and design shall be planned properly by focusing on Pakistan’s strengths in education, logistics, financial growth and sustainability.

Speaking on an occasion Mr. Abdul Razak Dawood said that Pakistan attributes great importance to its relation with UAE. We are looking ahead making its participation most essential in line with the Expo 2020 theme of’ Connecting Minds, Creating the Future’. He stated that Expo is not only a UAE particular event but it is an exhibition of the whole region.

Pavilion Volume, Location & Construction Cost:

Pakistan pavilion Expo 2020 Dubai will cover a total of 3,449 square meter of land. Pakistan pavilion is in Opportunity District of 2020 Expo Dubai. According to the sources, the construction will cost $21 million (77 million Dirham).
